译文

Sanatsujata said: 'Indeed, Brahman, as it is perceived, may seem white, red, black, brown, or bright. But nothing of the kind exists on earth, in the sky, or in the waters of the ocean. Its form cannot be seen in the stars, in lightning, or in the clouds, nor is it visible in the atmosphere, among the gods, on the moon, or on the sun. Not among the Riks, nor among — indeed, O king, it cannot be found in the Rathantara, nor in the Barhata, nor in the great sacrifices; it cannot be grasped, and lies beyond the reach of a limited intellect; even the universal Destroyer, after the Dissolution, loses himself in it; it is subtle as the edge of a razor, and— it is the foundation on which everything rests; it is the changeless, all-pervading universe; it is glorious; all beings arose from it and must return to it. It manifests as the universe, all-pervading.'
