译文

'"…let the slaughter cease. Let Yudhishthira, the king-elephant, Dharmaraja, bowing his head before you, receive you with both hands. Let him, skilled with the right hand, O bull among the Bharatas, lay upon your shoulder his right arm marked with the signs of banner, goad, and flag, for the sake of peace. While you sit, let him stroke your back with his hand, whose palm is like a precious gem and a healing stone. Let Vrikodara, the mighty-armed, with shoulders like the trunks of sala trees, acknowledging you as his own, also speak to you gently for the sake of peace, O bull among the Bharatas."'
