तपस्विभ्यो ऽधिको योगी ज्ञानिभ्यो ऽपि मतो ऽधिकः ॥
कर्मिभ्यश् चाधिको योगी तस्माद् योगी भवार्जुन ॥
योगिनाम् अपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना ॥
श्रद्धावान् भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मतः ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

tapasvibhyo 'dhiko yogī jñānibhyo 'pi mato 'dhikaḥ ||
karmibhyaś cādhiko yogī tasmād yogī bhavārjuna ||
yoginām api sarveṣāṃ madgatenāntarātmanā ||
śraddhāvān bhajate yo māṃ sa me yuktatamo mataḥ ||

स मे युक्ततमो मतःsa me yuktatamo mataḥhe is considered by Me the most united; he is, for Me, the best of yogis
Translation

'The yogi is superior to ascetics; he is considered superior even to men of knowledge, and superior to men of ritual action; therefore, O Arjuna, be a yogi. And among all yogis, he whose inner self has gone to Me, and who, endowed with faith, worships Me, is considered by Me the most perfectly united.'
