तौ हि पुरुव्याघ्रौ भीष्मद्रोणौ त्वम् त्थ मे
तेषां विदुवाक्यानाम् क्तानां दीर्घर्शिनाम्
दृष्ट्वेमां निर्वृत्तिं न्ये शोन्ति पुत्रकाः

teṣāṃ mama vināṃ na hi duryodhanaḥ smaret ||
hatau hi puruṣavyāghrau bhīṣmadroṇau tvam āttha me ||
teṣāṃ vidurakyām uktānāṃ rghadarśinām ||
dṛṣṭvemāṃ phalanirvṛttiṃ manye śocanti putrakāḥ ||

Translation

"Duryodhana surely will not remember those laments of mine. For the two tigers among men, Bhishma and Drona, are slain — as you have told me. Seeing this fruit ripen from those far-sighted words of Vidura, I think my sons now grieve."
