निहन्मैनं दुरात्मानं यो ऽयम् अस्मान् न मन्यते ॥
न ह्य् अर्हत्य् एष सत्कारं नापि वृद्धक्रमं गुणैः ॥
हन्मैनं सह पुत्रेण दुराचारं नृपद्विषम् ॥
अयं हि सर्वान् आहूय सत्कृत्य च नराधिपान् ॥
गुणवद् भोजयित्वा च ततः पश्चाद् विनिन्दति ॥

nihanmainaṃ durātmānaṃ yo 'yam asmān na manyate ||
na hy arhaty eṣa satkāraṃ nāpi vṛddhakramaṃ guṇaiḥ ||
hanmainaṃ saha putreṇa durācāraṃ nṛpadviṣam ||
ayaṃ hi sarvān āhūya satkṛtya ca narādhipān ||
guṇavad bhojayitvā ca tataḥ paścād vinindati ||

The kings said: "Let us kill this evil-souled man, who counts us as nothing; he deserves neither honor nor respect for his years and virtues. Let us kill him together with his son -- vile of conduct, hater of kings; for he, having summoned all the lords and honored them, having feasted them splendidly, now afterward reviles us."
