अप्रमेयं महाबाहुं कामाज् जातम् अजं नृषु ॥
पाण्डवस् तर्कयाम् आस कर्मभिर् देवसंमितैः ॥
नास्य किं चिद् अविज्ञातं नास्य किं चिद् अकर्मजम् ॥
न स किं चिन् न विषहेद् इति कृष्णम् अमन्यत ॥

"The immeasurable, the mighty-armed, born by his own will among men, the unborn one — the Pandava reflected on Him thus by deeds equal to the gods': there is nothing unknown to Him, there is nothing unattainable to Him by deed, there is nothing He would not bear — thus he thought of Krishna."

Here Yudhishthira's mind rests on Krishna as the one for whom nothing is unknown, unattained, or unbearable. It is telling that even in weighing so great an undertaking, the king's final measure is not his own strength but the boundless capacity of the Lord. Thus the scripture points from the king's careful calculation to the one calculation that never fails; and the narrative turns next to the journey to Krishna.
