राजानश् चक्रुर् आसाद्य मोक्षिता महतो भयात् ॥

रथम् आस्थाय तं दिव्यं निर्जगाम गिरिव्रजात् ॥

Traducción
Those kings, lords of the earth, freed from great fear, approached and made Krishna — worthy of jewels — the receiver of their gifts. Unharmed, equipped with his weapons, having vanquished the enemy, he mounted that wondrous chariot together with the kings and drove out from Girivraja.

The rescued kings at once wish to give gifts to their Deliverer — and in this impulse of the heart something true can be sensed: gratitude seeks to express itself in an offering. It is significant, however, that Krishna is "worthy of jewels" not out of need, but as the One to whom everything rightfully belongs; He deigns to accept the gift only out of mercy toward the givers. The verse teaches that an offering to the Lord enriches not Him, but the one who offers, giving gratitude its rightful channel.
