विव्याध सूतं निशितैश् चतुर्भिश् चतुरो हयान् ॥
सात्यकिं च त्रिभिर् विद्ध्वा पुनर् विव्याध सो ऽष्टभिः ॥
दुःशासनः षोडशभिर् विव्याध शिनिपुंगवम् ॥
शकुनिः पञ्चविंशत्या चित्रसेनश् च पञ्चभिः ॥
दुःसहः पञ्चदशभिर् विव्याधोरसि सात्यकिम् ॥

Traducción

Then King Duryodhana pierced the charioteer of the Sātvata [Sātyaki] with three sharpened arrows, and with four, the four horses; and having pierced Sātyaki with three, he pierced him again with eight. Duḥśāsana pierced the bull [of the] Śini [clan] with sixteen, Śakuni with twenty-five, and Citrasena with five; Duḥsaha pierced Sātyaki [in] the chest with fifteen.
