न ज्ञातिम् अवमन्यन्ते वृद्धानां शासने रताः ॥
न देवासुरगन्धर्वा न यक्षोरगराक्षसाः ॥
जेतारो वृष्णिवीराणां न पुनर् मानुषा रणे ॥
ब्रह्मद्रव्ये गुरुद्रव्ये ज्ञातिद्रव्ये ऽप्य् अहिंसकाः ॥
एतेषां रक्षितारश् च ये स्युः कस्यां चिद् आपदि ॥

na jñātim avamanyante vṛddhānāṃ śāsane ratāḥ ||
na devāsuragandharvā na yakṣoragarākṣasāḥ ||
jetāro vṛṣṇivīrāṇāṃ na punar mānuṣā raṇe ||
brahmadravye gurudravye jñātidravye 'py ahiṃsakāḥ ||
eteṣāṃ rakṣitāraś ca ye syuḥ kasyāṃ cid āpadi ||

ज्ञातिद्रव्ये अपि अहिंसकाःjñātidravye api ahiṃsakāḥ[and toward the] wealth of a kinsman also nonviolent; and toward the wealth of a kinsman also unassailing
एतेषाम् रक्षितारः चeteṣām rakṣitāraḥ caand of these the protectors; and protectors of their [possessions]
ये स्युः कस्याम् चित् आपदिye syuḥ kasyām cit āpadiwhoever might be in any calamity; whoever might fall into any calamity
Traducción

"They do not despise a kinsman, being devoted to the obedience of elders; neither gods, asuras, gandharvas, nor yakshas, serpents, rakshasas [are their equal]. Never encroaching upon the wealth of a brahmin, the wealth of a teacher, or the wealth of a kinsman, they are protectors of such wealth for whoever might fall into any calamity."
