Traducción

[Kripa said:] "We, putting Drona forward, the finest charioteer on earth, began the battle with the Panchalas alone. Then, when the battle was joined, the Kurus and the Somakas [Panchalas] intermingled, and roaring at one another, they felled each other's bodies with weapons. Then Drona, wielding the brahma-weapon, bull among men, slew the enemy with bhalla-arrows by the hundreds and thousands."
