संन्यासस्य महाबाहो तत्त्वम् इच्छामि वेदितुम् ॥
त्यागस्य च हृषीकेश पृथक् केशिनिषूदन ॥

पृथक् केशिनिषूदनpṛthak keśiniṣūdanaseparately, O slayer of Keshi; distinctly, O conqueror of Keshi
अनुवाद
Arjuna said: "O mighty-armed one, O Hrishikesha, O conqueror of Keshi, I wish to know separately the truth of sannyasa and of tyaga."
