अनुवाद

Then the eldest Pandava cried out in the midst of the army: "Whoever chooses us, him I accept for his aid." Then Yuyutsu, having looked upon them, said with a contented heart to the King of Dharma, Yudhishthira, son of Kunti: "O great king, if you accept me, I will fight for your sake in this battle against the sons of Dhritarashtra, before their very eyes." Yudhishthira replied: "Come, come! We shall all fight against your unwise brothers. O Yuyutsu, Vasudeva and all of us say this: I accept you, mighty-armed one. Fight for my cause. In you is seen the funeral offering and the family line of Dhritarashtra. Join us, O prince, us who accept you, radiant one. The evil-minded, intolerant son of Dhritarashtra shall not endure." Then Yuyutsu, of the Kuru line, forsook your sons and, to the sound of a kettledrum, went over into the army of the sons of Pandu.
