द्रौपदेया महेष्वासा राक्षसश् च घटोत्कचः ॥
ससेनास् ते ऽभ्यवर्तन्त द्रोणम् एव महाद्युतिम् ॥
प्रभद्रकाश् च पाञ्चालाः षट्सहस्राः प्रहारिणः ॥
द्रोणम् एवाभ्यवर्तन्त पुरस्कृत्य शिखण्डिनम् ॥
तथेतरे नरव्याघ्राः पाण्डवानां महारथाः ॥
सहिताः संन्यवर्तन्त द्रोणम् एव द्विजर्षभम् ॥

अनुवाद

The sons of Draupadi, great archers, and the rakshasa Ghatotkacha, together with their armies, charged at Drona of great splendor. And the Prabhadrakas, the Panchalas, six thousand strong, charged at Drona, having placed Shikhandin in front. So too the other tigers among men, the great warriors of the Pandavas, together turned upon Drona, bull among the brahmins.
