译文
"[Whereas] Barhadratha Jarasandha has attained the mark of [one deserving] restraint — by the [violated] marks of dharma, artha and policy — know this, o bull of the Bharatas. And a hundred and one lineages of kings do not submit to him; therefore it is by strength alone that he now exercises sovereignty."

Here is named the root of the legitimacy of a tyrant's overthrow: he has trampled dharma, artha and naya, and is therefore "deserving of restraint." It is significant that power resting on force alone, against the unwilling will of peoples, thereby exposes itself as unrighteous. Thus the scripture reveals that tyranny, which tramples dharma, brings punishment upon itself; and further — of his insatiability.
