译文

And at Dhritarashtra's request, Achyuta took that seat; and Dhritarashtra's priests duly offered Janardana a cow, honey, curds, and water. And when the rites of hospitality were concluded, Govinda remained there for a while amid the Kurus, laughing and jesting with them according to his relation with each. And that illustrious crusher of foes, honored and revered by Dhritarashtra, departed with the king's leave.
