प्रहा हाहासं कृते प्रतिकृतं पुनः
षुभिः कार्मुकं चास्य र्त पुरुर्षभः
तत् पा हारा स्वर्णपृष्ठं हास्वनम्
वारोहद् थात् स्माद् र्णो हाथः
दां गृहीत्वा रे भीसेना चाक्षिपत्

译文

Bhima, having slain his horses and struck down his charioteer, burst into loud laughter: "requital for the deed, once again." The bull among men then cut his bow with arrows too; it fell, o great king, golden-backed and loudly resounding. Karna, the great warrior, then descended from that chariot, and, taking up a mace in battle, hurled it at Bhimasena.
