अव्यक्ताद्व्यक्तयः सर्वाः प्रभवन्त्यहरागमे ।
रात्र्यागमे प्रलीयन्ते तत्रैवाव्यक्तसंज्ञके ॥

avyaktād vyaktayaḥ sarvāḥ prabhavanty ahar-āgame |
rātry-āgame pralīyante tatraivāvyakta-saṁjñake ||

अव्यक्तसंज्ञकेavyakta-saṁjñakeinto that which is called the unmanifest.
Translation
“With the coming of the day [of Brahmā], all living beings manifest from the unmanifest state. And with the coming of his night, they again dissolve into that which is called the unmanifest.”
