Translation

The citizens said: "The house built and burned by the wicked, unwise man hired by Duryodhana — to his own ruin! Alas, shame! Not upright is the mind of Dhritarashtra, who burned the pure, young Pandavas through his minister. But by good fortune this evil-souled, exceedingly ill-minded man has now burned himself, who burned the guiltless, trustful, best of men."
