Translation

"Far-seeing sages call strong not one in whom anger seethes, but one who checks arisen anger with wisdom. The angry man sees neither the task nor the boundary; he may kill those who should not be killed and wound his elders. Therefore, when strength must be shown, anger should be kept far away. True strength is skill, intolerance of wrong, courage, and swiftness, but one overcome by anger cannot rightly attain them. The ignorant call anger strength, but this is rajas, leading to the destruction of the world. Better to not depart from one's own dharma and not grow angry."
