सोचारस् तु कृष्णस् तां दुःखितां भृदुःखितः
सिक्त्वाम्भसा माश्वास्य तत् तद् क्त्वा हितं चः
विसंज्ञल्पां रुतीम् विद्धां प्रवेतीम्
गिनीं पुण्डरीकाक्ष दं नम् ब्रवीत्

soparas tu kṛṣṇas tāṃ duḥkhitāṃ bhṛśaduḥkhitaḥ ||
siktvāmbha saśvāsya tat tad uktvā hitaṃ vacaḥ ||
visaṃjñakalpāṃ rudam apaviddhāṃ pravepatīm ||
bhaginīṃ puṇḍakṣa idaṃ vacanam abravīt ||
