Translation

"In battle, among the heroes of Vrishni, only two are renowned as atirathas: the mighty-armed Pradyumna and you, O Satvata, renowned one. In weaponry equal to Narayana, in strength equal to Sankarshana, in heroism, O tiger among men, you are equal to Dhananjaya. Having surpassed Bhishma and Drona, you, skilled in every battle, a tiger among men, are now proclaimed by the virtuous throughout the world. 'There is nothing unattainable in the world for Satyaki' — so they say, O Madhava. What I shall say to you, that accomplish, O mighty one. For the esteem of the world rests upon you and upon Partha, upon both — you must here vindicate it in no other way, O mighty-armed one."
