ततः पद्मासनं बद्ध्वा समग्रीवोदरः सुधीः । मुखं संयम्य यत्नेन प्राणं घ्राणेन रेचयेत्

tataḥ padmāsanaṃ baddhvā samagrīvodaraḥ sudhīḥ | mukhaṃ saṃyamya yatnena prāṇaṃ ghrāṇena recayet
