वासुदेवार्जुनौ वीरौ सिंहनादं विनेदतुः ॥
देवराजे गते राजन् प्रहृष्टौ कृष्णपाण्डवौ ॥
निर्विशङ्कं पुनर् दावं दाहयाम् आसतुस् तदा ॥

Here, once the gods have withdrawn, the deed proceeds unhindered. It is telling that only after Indra's departure does the fire burn "without fear": the removal of the last obstacle allows the design to be fulfilled. Thus it is revealed that the Lord's will is accomplished once what opposes it withdraws. So does scripture show the deed proceeding unhindered; and Agni's request draws nearer to fulfillment.
