बलाकवर्णान् दाशार्हः पाञ्चजन्यं व्यनादयत् ॥

Traducción
Having routed the army, the Pandava, scourge of foes, stirred it up for the Sindhu king's sake, as a lion stirs herds of deer. Plunging into the ranks, the Dasharha swiftly urged on his heron-white horses and blew into the Panchajanya.

Again 'yathā mṛgagaṇān siṃhaḥ' — like a lion among herds of deer: Arjuna scatters the army. And Krishna 'pāñcajanyaṃ vyanādayat' sounds the Panchajanya — the Lord's voice proclaims the approach to the goal. It is significant that the breakthrough is accompanied not only by weapons but by the sound of God. The verse teaches that the devotee's path to the goal is led by the voice of the Lord: Krishna's conch sounds ahead, casting down the enemy and proclaiming the inevitable; and wherever the voice of God resounds, all resistance scatters, like a herd before a lion.
