ततः प्रवृष्टस् तत्रासीद् यथापूर्वं सुरारिहा ॥
तस्मिन् नृपतिशार्दूले प्रविष्टे नगरं पुनः ॥
ततः सराष्ट्रं मुमुदे तत् पुरं परया मुदा ॥
तेन पार्थिवमुख्येन भावितं भावितात्मना ॥

tena pārthivamukhyena bhāvitaṃ bhāvitātmanā ||

शब्दशः अर्थ

ततः प्रवृष्टः तत्र आसीत् यथापूर्वं सुरारिहाtataḥ pravṛṣṭaḥ tatra āsīt yathāpūrvaṃ surārihāthen he poured rain there, as before, the slayer of the gods' enemies [Indra],
तस्मिन् नृपतिशार्दूले प्रविष्टे नगरं पुनःtasmin nṛpatiśārdūle praviṣṭe nagaraṃ punaḥ[when] that tiger-king entered the city again;
ततः सराष्ट्रं मुमुदे तत् पुरं परया मुदाtataḥ sarāṣṭraṃ mumude tat puraṃ parayā mudāthen, together with the kingdom, that city rejoiced with the highest joy,
तेन पार्थिवमुख्येन भावितं भावितात्मनाtena pārthivamukhyena bhāvitaṃ bhāvitātmanārevived [/blessed] by that chief of kings, [now] self-aware;

अनुवाद
