तथा एव क्षत्रिय-श्रेष्ठाःtathā eva kṣatriya-śreṣṭhāḥlikewise the foremost of kshatriyas
धर्म-राजम् उपासतेdharma-rājam upāsateattend Dharmaraja:
श्रीमान् महात्मा धर्म-आत्माśrīmān mahātmā dharma-ātmāglorious, great-souled, righteous
मुञ्जकेतुः विवर्धनःmuñjaketuḥ vivardhanaḥMunjaketu, Vivardhana,
संग्रामजित् दुर्मुखः चsaṃgrāmajit durmukhaḥ caSangramajit, Durmukha,
उग्रसेनः च वीर्यवान्ugrasenaḥ ca vīryavānand valiant Ugrasena,
कक्षसेनः क्षिति-पतिःkakṣasenaḥ kṣiti-patiḥKakshasena, lord of the earth,
क्षेमकः च अपराजितःkṣemakaḥ ca aparājitaḥKshemaka the unconquered,
काम्बोज-राजः कमलःkāmboja-rājaḥ kamalaḥKamala, king of Kamboja,
कम्पनः च महा-बलःkampanaḥ ca mahā-balaḥand mighty Kampana,
सततम् कम्पयाम् आस यवनान्satatam kampayām āsa yavanānwho alone constantly made the Yavanas tremble

यथा असुरान् कालकेयान्yathā asurān kālakeyānas the asura Kalakeyas

Here the mightiest of the earth join the sages. It is significant that all the valor of the world bows to honor the righteous king: where power serves dharma, heroes too find one worthy of their homage. So the scripture shows the union of strength around righteousness; and the roll of rulers continues.
