मरुतः सर्वतः राजन्marutaḥ sarvataḥ rājanthe Maruts from all sides, O king,

Here among the celestials are named the 'householder-sacrificers': heaven is populated not only by renunciants but also by those who faithfully carried out household duty and sacrifice. It is significant that the path to the heavens is open to the householder who honors dharma as well. Thus the scripture shows that the good deeds of a householder raise him no lower than austerity; and next comes the host of sinless seers.
