असंख्येया गुणाः पार्थे तद्विशिष्टो जनार्दनः ॥
त्वम् एव भूयो जानासि कुन्तीपुत्रं धनंजयम् ॥
नरनारायणौ यौ तौ ताव् एवार्जुनकेशवौ ॥
विजानीहि महाराज प्रवीरौ पुरुषर्षभौ ॥
यद्य् एतद् एवं जानासि न च माम् अतिशङ्कसे ॥
आर्यां मतिं समास्थाय शाम्य भारत पाण्डवैः ॥
अथ चेन् मन्यसे श्रेयो न मे भेदो भवेद् इति ॥
प्रशाम्य भरतश्रेष्ठ मा च युद्धे मनः कृथाः ॥
भवतां च कुरुश्रेष्ठ कुलं बहुमतं भुवि ॥
तत् तथैवास्तु भद्रं ते स्वार्थम् एवानुचिन्तय ॥

asaṃkhyeyā guṇāḥ pārthe tadviśiṣṭo janārdanaḥ ||
tvam eva bhūyo jānāsi kuntīputraṃ dhanaṃjayam ||
naranārāyaṇau yau tau tāv evārjunakeśavau ||
vijānīhi mahārāja pravīrau puruṣarṣabhau ||
yady etad evaṃ jānāsi na ca mām atiśaṅkase ||
āryāṃ matiṃ samāsthāya śāmya bhārata pāṇḍavaiḥ ||
atha cen manyase śreyo na me bhedo bhaved iti ||
praśāmya bharataśreṣṭha mā ca yuddhe manaḥ kṛthāḥ ||
bhavatāṃ ca kuruśreṣṭha kulaṃ bahumataṃ bhuvi ||
tat tathaivāstu bhadraṃ te svārtham evānucintaya ||
