अनुवाद

They thought: "When they hear that the Vrishni hero has been seized, the Pandavas will lose heart and be drained of zeal, like serpents with broken fangs. He is their mighty-armed protector, the refuge and armor of all; when this bestower of blessings, foremost among the Satvatas, is captured, the Pandavas together with the Somakas will be left without strength. Therefore let us bind this Keshava, swift in action, right here, even if Dhritarashtra cries out, and then fight the enemies." But Satyaki, wise and versed in reading signs, quickly discerned the evil design of these wicked men. For this reason he went out, stood beside Hardikya, and said to Kritavarman: "Make the army ready at once."
