देवनागरी
तं न बुध्यसि गोविन्दं घोरविक्रमम् अच्युतम् ॥
आशीविषम् इव क्रुद्धं तेजोराशिम् अनिर्जितम् ॥
प्रधर्षयन् महाबाहुं कृष्णम् अक्लिष्टकारिणम् ॥
पतंगो ऽग्निम् इवासाद्य सामात्यो न भविष्यसि ॥

"You do not understand Govinda — Achyuta, terrible in valor, unconquered, like an enraged venomous serpent and a mass of splendor. Assailing the mighty-armed Krishna, untiring in his deeds, you, together with your counselors, will perish like a moth that has come upon the fire."

The closing warning returns to the image of fire: Krishna does not need protection from Duryodhana — it is Duryodhana who needs protection from his own aggression. He who mistakes splendor for ordinary prey walks toward his own ruin.
