अनन्यचेताः सततं यो मां स्मरति नित्यशः ॥
तस्याहं सुलभः पार्थ नित्ययुक्तस्य योगिनः ॥
माम् उपेत्य पुनर्जन्म दुःखालयम् अशाश्वतम् ॥
नाप्नुवन्ति महात्मानः संसिद्धिं परमां गताः ॥
आ ब्रह्मभुवनाल् लोकाः पुनरावर्तिनो ऽर्जुन ॥
माम् उपेत्य तु कौन्तेय पुनर्जन्म न विद्यते ॥

ananyacetāḥ satataṃ yo māṃ smarati nityaśaḥ ||
tasyāhaṃ sulabhaḥ pārtha nityayuktasya yoginaḥ ||
mām upetya punarjanma duḥkhālayam aśāśvatam ||
nāpnuvanti mahātmānaḥ saṃsiddhiṃ paramāṃ gatāḥ ||
ā brahmabhuvanāl lokāḥ punarāvartino 'rjuna ||
mām upetya tu kaunteya punarjanma na vidyate ||

शब्दशः अर्थ

अनन्यचेताः सततंananyacetāḥ satataṃwith undistracted consciousness, constantly; always with a mind not turning elsewhere
यो मां स्मरति नित्यशःyo māṃ smarati nityaśaḥwho remembers Me constantly; who remembers Me day after day
तस्याहं सुलभः पार्थtasyāhaṃ sulabhaḥ pārthafor him I am easily attained, son of Pritha; to him I am accessible, O son of Pritha
नित्ययुक्तस्य योगिनःnityayuktasya yoginaḥfor the yogi ever joined; for one constantly united by yoga
माम् उपेत्य पुनर्जन्मmām upetya punarjanmahaving attained Me, new birth; having come to Me, repeated birth
दुःखालयम् अशाश्वतम्duḥkhālayam aśāśvataman abode of suffering, impermanent; a dwelling of pain and transient
नाप्नुवन्ति महात्मानःnāpnuvanti mahātmānaḥthe great souls do not obtain; the great souls do not attain
संसिद्धिं परमां गताःsaṃsiddhiṃ paramāṃ gatāḥhaving reached the supreme perfection; having come to the highest perfection
आ ब्रह्मभुवनाल् लोकाःā brahmabhuvanāl lokāḥthe worlds up to the realm of Brahma; all worlds, up to the abode of Brahma
पुनरावर्तिनो ऽर्जुनpunarāvartino 'rjunaare subject to return, Arjuna; are subject to return, O Arjuna
माम् उपेत्य तु कौन्तेयmām upetya tu kaunteyabut having attained Me, son of Kunti; having come to Me, however, Kaunteya
पुनर्जन्म न विद्यतेpunarjanma na vidyatethere is no new birth; there is no more repeated birth
अनुवाद

'O son of Pritha, for the yogi who is ever joined with Me and constantly remembers Me with undistracted mind, I am easily attained. Having attained Me, the great souls who have reached the supreme perfection no longer obtain new birth — that impermanent abode of suffering. O Arjuna, all worlds up to the realm of Brahma are subject to return, but he who attains Me, O son of Kunti, is born no more.'
