ततो ऽब्रवीद् वासुदेवो गमनं मम रोचते ॥

Here the Lord Himself shows a model of courteous agreement. It is telling that Krishna, whose will is supreme, still respectfully leaves the final word to Drupada: the Lord, having descended as a man, honors custom and elders. Here is His favor toward His devotees and His humble courtesy. Thus the text reveals Krishna's courtesy; and His approval settles the matter for good.
