श्यतः र्वलोस्य भीस्य हात्मनः

And that bow of his too he swiftly cut, deft-handed; and the second, and the third, the fourth and the fifth as well. Whatever bow Bhima took up, O great king, he kept cutting it down — your son, O great king, shining with victory, swollen with pride. Then, as the bows were cut again and again, he hurled into battle a javelin, all of iron, fair. That javelin, before it had even arrived, the Kaurava cut into three, before the eyes of the whole world and of great-souled Bhima.
