प्रकृतेर्गुणसम्मूढाः सज्जन्ते गुणकर्मसु ।
तानकृत्स्नविदो मन्दान्कृत्स्नविन्न विचालयेत् ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

prakṛter guṇasammūḍhāḥ sajjante guṇakarmasu |
tān akṛtsnavido mandān kṛtsnavin na vicālayet ||

Word-by-word

मन्दान्mandānthe dull-witted, the foolish, the lazy.
कृत्स्नवित्kṛtsna-vitone who possesses complete knowledge.
न विचालयेत्na vicālayetshould not disturb, should not unsettle.
Translation

“Those who are deluded by the guṇas of material nature become attached to action in the guṇas [for its fruits]. But one who possesses complete knowledge should not disturb these dull-witted people whose knowledge is imperfect.”
