मण्डलीकृतम् एवास्य धनुश् चादृश्यताद्भुतम् ॥
ते ऽभ्ययुः समरे राजन् वासुदेवधनंजयौ ॥
द्रोणसृष्टाः सुबहवः कङ्कपत्रपरिच्छदाः ॥

Translation
We saw the arrows of Bharadvāja's son falling without pause, and his bow, turned into a circle, appeared wondrous. They flew in the battle, O king, at Vāsudeva and Dhanañjaya — loosed by Droṇa, very many, fletched with heron feathers.

The same wonder that Arjuna displayed is shown by Droṇa as well: "maṇḍalīkṛtam… dhanuḥ adbhutam" — a bow turned into a wondrous circle. Teacher and disciple alike have reached that summit where only an unbroken stream of arrows can be seen. It is telling that the teacher's mastery is no less than the student's. The verse teaches that the fruit of true instruction does not surpass the teacher at his own limit: the guru who raised up a great one stands on the same summit himself; and the sight of two circling bows — the teacher's and the disciple's — shows that genuine knowledge is transmitted in its fullness, undiminished in the one who gives it.
