Traducción

Having then regained his senses, Bhimasena, the mighty one, seized in battle a golden-shafted spear, wrought of iron. It, hurled from Bhima's arm, resembling a sloughed-off serpent, blazed forth most terribly [around] Kritavarman. As it came hurtling suddenly, blazing like the fire at the end of the age, the son of Hridika cut it in two with two arrows. It, severed, the gold-adorned spear, fell [to] the ground, lighting the directions, O king, like a great meteor fallen [from] heaven.
