र्वेषाम् पार्थानां ल्गुनो त्तरः
स्यामोघां विमोक्ष्यामि क्तिं क्रविनिर्मिताम्
स्मिन् ते हेष्वासे भ्रारस् स्य मा
श्या विष्यन्ति नं यास्यन्ति वा पुनः
यि जीति कौव्य विषादं मा कृथाः क्व चित्
हं जेष्यामि रे हितान् र्वपाण्डवान्
पाञ्चालान् केयांश् चै वृष्णींश् चापि मातान्
बाणौघैः लीकृत्य दास्यामि मेदिनीम्

sarveṣām eva rthānāṃ phalguno balavattaraḥ ||
tasyāmoghāṃ vimokṣyāmi śaktiṃ śakravinirmitām ||
tasmin hate maheṣvāse bhrātaras tasya nada ||
tava vaśyā bhaviṣyanti vanaṃ syanti punaḥ ||
mayi vati kauravya viṣādaṃ kṛthāḥ kva cit ||
ahaṃ jeṣyāmi samare sahin sarvaṇḍavān ||
ñcān kekayāṃś caiva vṛṣṇīṃś cāpi sagatān ||
ṇaughaiḥ śakakṛtya tava syāmi medinīm ||

मयि जीवति कौरव्यmayi jīvati kauravya[while] I live, Kauravya; while I am living, Kauravya
विषादम् मा कृथाः क्व चित्viṣādam mā kṛthāḥ kva citdo not despair at all; do not despair in the least
अहम् जेष्यामि समरेaham jeṣyāmi samareI shall conquer in battle; I shall conquer in battle
सहितान् सर्वपाण्डवान्sahitān sarvapāṇḍavānthe united, all the Pandavas; the united, all the Pandavas
Traducción

"Of all the Parthas Phalguna is the strongest; at him I shall release the unfailing spear fashioned by Shakra. When that great bowman is slain, his brothers, o giver of honor, will become subject to you or again go into the forest. While I am living, Kauravya, do not despair in the least; I shall conquer in battle the united, all the Pandavas."
