कामं खलु जगत् सर्वं सदेवासुरमानवम् ॥
सयक्षराक्षसगणं सभूतभुजगद्विपम् ॥
निःशेषम् अस्त्रवीर्येण कुर्यातां भीमफल्गुनौ ॥
युधिष्ठिरश् च पृथिवीं निर्दहेद् घोरचक्षुषा ॥
अप्रमेयबलः शौरिर् येषाम् अर्थे च दंशितः ॥
कथं तान् संयुगे कर्ण जेतुम् उत्सहसे परान् ॥
महान् अपनयस् त्व् एष तव नित्यं हि सूतज ॥
यस् त्वम् उत्सहसे योद्धुं समरे शौरिणा सह ॥

sayakṣarākṣasagaṇaṃ sabhūtabhujagadvipam ||
niḥśeṣam astravīryeṇa kuryātāṃ bhīmaphalgunau ||
yudhiṣṭhiraś ca pṛthivīṃ nirdahed ghoracakṣuṣā ||
aprameyabalaḥ śaurir yeṣām arthe ca daṃśitaḥ ||
kathaṃ tān saṃyuge karṇa jetum utsahase parān ||
mahān apanayas tv eṣa tava nityaṃ hi sūtaja ||
yas tvam utsahase yoddhuṃ samare śauriṇā saha ||

Traducción

"Truly, indeed, the whole world with gods, asuras, men, with hosts of Yakshas and rakshasas, with bhutas, serpents, elephants, Yudhishthira could burn with his terrible gaze — he for whose sake Shauri [Krishna], of immeasurable might, is armored. And this is your ever-abiding great wrongdoing, son of the charioteer: that you dare to fight in battle together with Shauri [Krishna]."
