Here stands a promise beyond which this book has nothing higher: tasmai svātmānaṁ ca dadāmi — "to him I give My very Self".
Three stages are listed, and the last surpasses the first two. He attains liberation. He becomes free. And — I give him Myself. Mokṣa is named not the limit but that after which the gift follows.
Baladeva Vidyābhūṣaṇa cites this line in the Govinda-bhāṣya to show that one honoured by rite receives a worldly fruit, while one who has pleased Him with bhakti receives everything, "up to His very Self". He cites it too as an argument against reading "that am I" as identity: bestowal requires two, and identity would rob love of both giver and receiver.
Note to whom this is promised: mama priyaḥ, "My beloved". Not "the knowing one" and not "the eligible one" — the beloved. And one condition alone is named: dhyāyet nityam, "let him contemplate constantly".
So the long description of the form closes: having gone through the adornments down to the earrings, the book says for what all of it was contemplated.
