Traducción
Oṁ, obeisance to Him whose essence is vyāna. Oṁ, that is the truth; earth, air, heaven. To Him whose essence is vyāna, obeisance and obeisance.

The fifth and last breath: vyāna — "the pervading", spread through the whole body. It is credited with the circulation of the blood and, generally, with everything that happens everywhere at once.
The list of the five breaths is complete, and with it the thought stated in mantra 16 of the first part is completed: the one wind, entering the body, becomes fivefold, as the one Kṛṣṇa shines forth in sound as five words.
Now this thought is not explained but performed: five bows to the five breaths, and between them the names of Kṛṣṇa.
Note that vyāna is named last, though it is spread everywhere. In such lists the last place usually belongs to the all-encompassing one: first the particular forces, then the one that pervades all.
Next the litany will leave the breaths and pass to the names of Gopāla Himself — "in His own form", "the soul of pradhāna", "the soul of the senses" and so on.
