तेषां पुण्यजनोपेतं राष्ट्रम् आवसतां महत् ॥
पाण्डवानां महाराज शश्वत् प्रीतिर् अवर्धत ॥
तत्र भीष्मेण राज्ञा च धर्मप्रणयने कृते ॥
पाण्डवाः समपद्यन्त खाण्डवप्रस्थवासिनः ॥
पञ्चभिस् तैर् महेष्वासैर् इन्द्रकल्पैः समन्वितम् ॥
शुशुभे तत् पुरश्रेष्ठं नागैर् भोगवती यथा ॥

अनुवाद

For the Pandavas, dwelling there in that great kingdom populated by good folk, joy grew ever without end; when Bhishma and the king had established the rule of dharma, the Pandavas became the residents of Khandavaprastha; endowed with those five great archers resembling Indra, that best of cities shone, as Bhogavati shines with serpents.
