"'You shall wander through the worlds traversed by the Sun, O radiant one; and because of your splendor no one will be able to look upon you without averting their eyes'; thus, having given her this boon, the grandsire of all worlds, having entrusted the three worlds to Indra, the Lord withdrew to the world of Brahma."

Here order is restored: Indra once again reigns over the three worlds. It is significant that upon the destruction of the usurpers power returns to its rightful lord: with the fall of evil the harmony of the world is restored. Here it is revealed that the overthrow of lawlessness is a return to dharma. Thus the scripture shows the completion of judgment; and the world, cleansed of tyrants, regains its former order.
