ततो दुःशासनः क्रुद्धो वृष्णिवीराय गच्छते ॥
सर्वपारशवीं शक्तिं विससर्ज जिघांसया ॥
तां तु शक्तिं तदा घोरां तव पुत्रस्य सात्यकिः ॥
चिच्छेद शतधा राजन् निशितैः कङ्कपत्रिभिः ॥

tato duḥśāsanaḥ kruddho vṛṣṇivīrāya gacchate ||
sarvapāraśavīṃ śaktiṃ visasarja jighāṃsayā ||
tāṃ tu śaktiṃ tadā ghorāṃ tava putrasya sātyakiḥ ||
ciccheda śatadhā rājan niśitaiḥ kaṅkapatribhiḥ ||

अनुवाद

Then Duhshasana, enraged, hurled an all-iron spear at the departing hero of the Vrishnis, wishing to kill him. But that terrible spear of your son, Satyaki cut into a hundred pieces, O king, with sharp arrows fletched with heron feathers.
