यथा वो नात्र भेदः स्यात् तथा नीतिर् विधीयताम् ॥

Narada said: "When Krishna had gone, addressing the Pandavas headed by Yudhishthira, the blessed sage said to them all in private: 'The daughter of Panchala is the single glorious dharma-wife of you all; so establish a rule among yourselves, that there be no discord among you because of her.'"

Here the far-seeing holy one attends to the brothers' unity in advance. It is telling that Narada, without waiting for calamity, orders a rule to be established: wisdom forestalls discord rather than treating it after the fact. Here foresighted care that guards harmony shows itself. Thus the scripture shows Narada's foresight; and his counsel is a shield against future strife.
