कोपामर्षौ समुत्सृज्य संप्रतस्थे दिवं तदा ॥
तं प्रस्थितं महात्मानं समवेक्ष्य दिवौकसः ॥
त्वरिताः सहिता राजन्न् अनुजग्मुः शतक्रतुम् ॥

Here even the king of the gods submits before the truth. It is telling that Indra, having acknowledged the word as "true", lays aside his anger: the wise yield to truth, setting passion aside. It is seen here that even the lord of the gods bows before the higher, once he has recognized it. So does scripture show Indra's submission; and the gods depart, having acknowledged Narayana's supremacy.
