सभा मणिमयी राजन् यथेयं तव भारत ॥

译文
Narada said: "Having heard the word of Dharmaraja, Narada, smiling, answered the Pandava with sweet speech: 'Among men, dear one, I have neither seen before nor heard of a hall of jewels such as this one of yours, O Bharata.'"

Here the truthful sage gives credit where it is due, but without flattery. It is significant that the praise is bounded: 'among men' — for there are abodes higher than the human. Thus the scripture gently reminds us that all earthly greatness has its limit, and the gaze turns upward. Thus the scripture shows measure in praise; and next Narada promises an account of the heavenly halls.
