सिन्धुराजम् वेक्षन्तौ तत् पुत्रास् शुश्रुवुः
तीत्य रुन्वे प्रयान्तौ तृषितौ जौ
पीत्वा वारि माश्वस्तौ थैवास्ताम् रिंमौ
व्याघ्रसिंजाकीर्णान् तिक्रम्ये र्वतान्
दृश्येतां हाबाहू था मृत्युरातिगौ

译文

Thus the two mighty-armed Krishnas spoke to one another then, looking at the king of Sindhu; that your sons overheard. As if having crossed a desert, going like two thirsting elephants who, having drunk water, are refreshed — so were the two scourges of the foe. As if having crossed mountains full of tigers, lions, and elephants, the mighty-armed ones appeared, as if having transcended death and old age.
