स रथं प्राप्य तं भ्रातुर् दुर्योधनहयाञ् शरैः ॥
बहुभिस् ताडयाम् आस ते हताः प्रापतन् भुवि ॥
हयेषु पतितेष्व् अस्य चिच्छेद परमेषुणा ॥
युधामन्युर् धनुः शीघ्रं शरावापं च संयुगे ॥
हताश्वसूतात् स रथाद् अवप्लुत्य महारथः ॥
गदाम् आदाय ते पुत्रः पाञ्चाल्याव् अभ्यधावत ॥
तम् आपतन्तं संप्रेक्ष्य क्रुद्धं परपुरंजयम् ॥
अवप्लुतौ रथोपस्थाद् युधामन्यूत्तमौजसौ ॥

译文

He, having reached his brother's chariot, struck the horses of Duryodhana [with] many arrows; they, slain, fell [to] the ground. [When] his horses had fallen, Yudhamanyu swiftly cut the bow and the quiver [with] a supreme arrow, in the battle. Leaping down from that chariot [with its] slain horses [and] charioteer, the great warrior, your son, took up a mace and rushed at the two Panchalians. Seeing him charging, enraged, the conqueror of enemy cities, Yudhamanyu [and] Uttamaujas leapt down from the platform of their chariot.
