सुर्णवेगैर् विव्या साथिं चास्य प्तभिः
विह्वलो हारा र्णो भीलार्दितः
प्राद्रवज् नैर् श्वै णं हित्वा हाशाः
भीसेनस् तु विस्फार्य चापं हेरिष्कृतम्
वे ऽतिथो ऽतिष्ठज् ज्वलन्न् हुतानः

译文

Bhima, exerting himself, pierced the charioteer's son with three feathered arrows swift as Garuda, and his charioteer with seven. He, bewildered, O great king, Karna, tormented by Bhima's might, fled on his swift horses, abandoning the battle, the greatly renowned one. Bhimasena, however, stringing his gold-adorned bow, stood in the battle, the atiratha, like blazing fire.
