तो ऽब्रवीत् दा भ्रातॄन् र्वान् पार्थः द्गदान्
दीर्घबाहुः पृथ्वंसो दीर्घराजीलोनः
भिन्युर् था वृत्तः श्रोतुम् च्छाम्य् हं था

tato 'brat ta bhrātṝn sarvān pārthaḥ sagadgadān ||
sa rghahuḥ pṛthvaṃso rghavalocanaḥ ||
abhimanyur yathā vṛttaḥ śrotum icchāmy ahaṃ tathā ||

Translation

Thus comforted by Krishna of wondrous deeds, Partha then spoke to all his brothers, himself through his sobs: "How it happened to Abhimanyu — the mighty-armed, broad-shouldered, with long lotus eyes — of that I wish to hear."
